A year ago as I was reflecting back on 2018, I started that blog post with “Wow! What a year it’s been.” I can honestly say the same about 2019. Yooz has been fortunate to enjoy a lot of success, record growth, and multiple awards and recognitions again this year. And again, our client retention remains at historical levels—over 98 percent—with customer satisfaction scores at 4.5 on a 5.0 scale.
We did not accomplish all of this without the help of our clients, business partners, and media companies who have all helped us champion Yooz and spread the word about the benefits of invoice and payment processing automation. So, at this time of year, around Thanksgiving, I thought I’d take a pause to thank a few of them.
Patsy Price, director of operations for Peterson Auto Group, has been such a dedicated Yooz champion. She has participated in multiple Yooz educational webinars as a presenter and a member of an automotive industry panel to help others know more about the benefits of AP automation—such as no longer herding cats—what valuable lessons she learned along the way, and how to effectively measure your success. She traveled with us to the Spring Auto Team America CPA Board meeting in Savannah, Georgia, by special invitation, to participate in a live educational session, and traveled again to the west coast to educate other dealer finance leaders at the Pacific Northwest Dealer Conference. We appreciate you so much, Patsy.
Anna Wolfe, senior editor, Hospitality Technology digital magazine, has published several guest posts from our COO Laurent Charpentier on finance and technology topics relevant to the hospitality industry. Thank you, Anna, for helping us educate your readers about how technology can have a positive impact on the guest experience from the back of house.
Bryan Schmidt, controller at UNITE HERE HEALTH, has been a very vocal advocate of Yooz, spreading the word about our 99.9% reliability rate as being among the very many quantifiable successes that UHH has realized since implementing the Yooz solution. He has done so by participating in a number of educational webinars as well as live partner sessions at the annual Sage Inacct Advantage conference. We’re grateful for your time, Bryan.
Audrey Boggs, accountant at E. Ritter, has given selflessly of her time as a spokesperson and Yooz champion in educational webinars and conference panel sessions. At Sage Intacct Advantage 2019 she explained to multiple audiences that, “Yooz is the only AP automation solution provider that offers an API link for real-time uploads and direct feed to the Sage Intacct ERP.” And it can all happen anytime from anywhere with the Yooz mobile app. Audrey, you are a jewel!
In Part 2 of this blog series, we’ll shout out to a few more of our clients and business partners that have helped us spread the good news about Yooz.
